We're working with a growing manufacturing company in Salem, NH looking for a dependable Mechanical Assembler to join their team. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and a small-team environment, this is a great opportunity!

Pay: $20-$25/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

Type: Temp-Hire

Location: Salem, NH

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical equipment and sub-assemblies
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and BOMs
• Use hand tools and measuring devices
• Align, level, and test mechanical components
• Operate machines after assembly to ensure proper function
• Support shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of mechanical assembly experience (production or R&D)
• Experience building/testing mechanical machinery (motion-control a plus!)
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Able to communicate clearly and work both independently and as part of a team
